Conditions of Participation Newsletter Competition
The organizer of the competition is LANIUS GmbH, Rolandstr. 63, 50677 Cologne. Participation in the competition is subject to the conditions listed here. By registering for the competition, these conditions of participation are expressly accepted.
Profit
The prize is a €200 voucher for the LANIUS online shop. Three vouchers will be raffled off, but only one voucher can be won per person.
participation
Participation in the competition is free. It requires an email address and acceptance of the terms and conditions (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk). Participation in this way is not possible if you already have an existing subscription to the LANIUS newsletter.
eligibility to participate
Persons who are at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address are eligible to participate.
exclusion of participants
Participation is only possible in your own name. If you participate multiple times or provide incorrect information when registering, you may be excluded from the competition. Employees of LANIUS GmbH and Claudia Lanius GmbH are excluded from the competition.
end of the game
Participation is possible until April 30, 2025. The decisive factor is the electronically recorded time of receipt of the data record of the declaration of participation in the system.
Liability
The participant's claims for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages by the participant resulting from injury to life, body or health or from the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) as well as liability for other damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by LANIUS. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, LANIUS is only liable for the damage that is typical for the contract and foreseeable if this was caused by simple negligence, unless it concerns claims for damages by the participant resulting from injury to life, body or health. The aforementioned restrictions also apply in favor of LANIUS if claims are asserted directly against it. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
raffle
The winners will be chosen by drawing lots from among the participants. The draw will take place on May 2nd, 2025. The winners will then be notified by email to the address provided by May 5th, 2025 at the latest. The prize will be sent to the winners by email. The participant is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or combined with other codes.
Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this will not affect the legal validity of the remaining terms and conditions. LANIUS GmbH reserves the right to suspend the competition completely or temporarily if difficulties arise that endanger the integrity of the competition.

Legal recourse is excluded.
Conditions for the 200€ voucher
The LANIUS voucher can be used in accordance with these terms and conditions for purchases on the website www.lanius.com. The voucher will be sent to you in the form of a PDF by email. You can pass the voucher on to third parties. In this case, you agree not to use the voucher code any more or to disclose it to third parties. Vouchers cannot be taken into account or credited retrospectively. Voucher codes and their value cannot be paid out. Vouchers for the LANIUS online shop can only be redeemed online and with a customer account. Vouchers cannot be combined with other voucher or discount codes.
