Customer satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we offer you the option of returning the goods for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that the right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and flawless items.
For returns within Germany, we provide you with a free DHL shipping label. For returns from abroad, we cannot provide a DHL return label. Please understand that the direct costs of returning goods from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

Login
Click HERE or use the link you received with your order confirmation and the following status emails to go to the returns portal. Simply log in with your email address and order number.
Select article and reason
After logging in, you will see all the items in the corresponding order. Simply select the desired item(s) and the reason for return and help us to continually optimize our products and service.
Do you have any further comments, suggestions or criticism regarding your order? A comment field gives you the opportunity to inform us about it.
Register a return
You can now submit your return registration and, if you are returning the item within Germany, you will receive your addressed and stamped DHL label as an immediate download and by email. You can print this out yourself or have it printed out directly at your DHL branch or at a DHL Packstation using the QR code.
We cannot provide a DHL return label for returns from abroad. Please understand that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be borne by the customer and arrange for an insured return.
Packing and shipping items
Now all you need to do is pack and send the unworn item(s) using a DHL branch near you. You can find the nearest DHL branch HERE .
RETURN FROM ABROAD – what you should consider
Register the return online as described above. Please then arrange a registered return so that your package can be tracked using a tracking number in the event of loss and keep the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
Clearly mark the package as a RETURN. This is especially important when going through customs! Packages that are not correctly marked can be held back by customs and result in further processing costs. LANIUS cannot take responsibility for collection from customs or payment of the resulting costs.

RETURN OF ORDERS VIA THE AVOCADOSTORE
It is currently not possible to register a return via the LANIUS returns portal.
Please understand that the costs for Avocado Store returns are to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept postage-paid shipments. Please fill out the return form enclosed with your order. You can find the order number in the email confirmation or on the invoice. Place the items in the package together with the fully completed return form. In order to assign your return quickly and correctly, we ask you to fill out the form completely. If the mandatory information is missing, assignment and reimbursement may not be possible. We recommend a registered return so that your package can be tracked using a tracking number in the event of loss.

REFUND
As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you - according to the payment method you selected. Please understand that processing and refunding can take up to 14 days.
Prepayment: The credit will be refunded to the bank account used for payment. It may take up to 5 working days before the credit is available in the account.
Instant bank transfer: The credit will be refunded to the bank account used for payment. It can take up to 5 working days before the credit is available in the account.
Credit card: The credit will be refunded to the credit card account used for payment. The refund will be visible on the next credit card statement. The refund cycle depends on the respective credit institutions.
PayPal: The credit is made to the PayPal account used for payment. Whether the amount is deposited as credit in the PayPal account or transferred back to your bank account depends on the individual settings of your PayPal account.
Gift voucher: The refund will be made in the form of a new voucher code adjusted to the amount returned. Unfortunately, the credit cannot be paid out in cash.
Avocadostore: After we receive your return, you will receive a refund via Avocado Store after the return has been processed - according to the payment method you selected. If you have any questions about your refund, please contact Avocadostore customer service by email at support@avocadostore.de or by phone at +49 40 43277693.
VAT refund when goods are exported: Unfortunately, we are unable to subsequently refund VAT for goods that were ordered within Germany and then exported from the EU. However, if you send us a copy of the invoice stamped by customs, we will be happy to issue you a voucher for the amount of VAT paid on the order for your next purchase in our online shop.
Customs duties: Every shipment to a non-EU country must undergo import clearance in accordance with the customs laws of the destination country. These shipments are generally subject to customs duties and VAT and the resulting costs are paid by the recipient in the destination country after receipt of the goods. These costs are not borne by LANIUS or subsequently reimbursed.

Check your login details. Use the order number of the order that contains the items you want to return and the email address you used to place the order.
Did you meet the return deadline? You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Beyond that, you cannot register a return online.
